Velvety-Smooth Homemade Chicken Soup

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into ½" cubes
- 2-3 whole carrots, washed, peeled, and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 cup egg noodles (optional)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp rosemary
Chop chicken into ½" cubes and put into a large pot with chicken broth.
Chop veggies and add to the pot with the chicken and chicken broth. Add seasonings.
Boil chicken and veggies until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender, about 20-30 minutes.
Add egg noodles, if desired. Boil until noodles are tender.
Slowly stir in the heavy whipping cream and condensed cream of chicken soup. Bring back to a boil.
Simmer to thicken to desired consistency. Serve immediately with bread of your choice.
